Attica Motorsports is looking for an individual with a passion for off-roading, knowledge of off-road machines and parts, along with strong computer and inventory skills to fill our Parts Manager position.
Job Description:
Coach and develop a team of parts associates in areas of customer service excellence and operational efficiency. Manage all aspects of departmental inventory. Assure all sales and service department's parts are expedited to meet customer needs.
Position Responsibilities:
- Leads by example providing WOW! customer service
- Coaches and develops team of parts counter staff members
- Ensures assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner on assigned shift
- Leads and follows established safe cash handling procedures
- Follows company policies and loss prevention procedures
- Maintains a safe working environment including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Maintains store appearance and merchandising standards as directed
- Ensures that all parts are restocked and placed in their respective areas
- Utilizes computer system to help customers order parts or find suitable alternatives
- Maintains product knowledge and current promotions through Attica Motorsports systems and information sources
- Directs problem resolution programs regarding customer concerns and employee matters
- Actively engaged in developing more effective customer service skills
- Provides honest and trustworthy advice to customers regarding the best products that fit the customers' expectations
- Experience with maintaining, counting, tracking and creating reports for inventory
- Computer savvy with the capability of learning new software and systems
- Purchasing, creating purchase orders, and some shipping/receiving
- Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- An enthusiasm for and knowledge of off-road vehicles is a must!
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise. Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, grasp with hands, and stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business including holidays. Weekends are a must!

- Ability to work a flexible schedule. Work week is Tuesday through Saturday with additional days as needed

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
