Assistance Sales Manager

Attica Motorsports is growing again and seeking an Assistance Sales Manager to join our Motorsports Dealership. Prior experience is required.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of proven experience in sales in a retail or customer-facing role
  • Strong communication skills, including public speaking and presentation abilities
  • Knowledge of inventory control principles and practices
  • Familiarity with retail math concepts, such as calculating margins and discounts
  • Ability to upsell products or services to customers
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage customer relationships and track sales activities
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
  • Valid Driver's License & clean driving record required
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Assist in managing the sales pipeline and tracking progress towards sales targets
  • Provide support to the sales team by assisting with customer inquiries, order processing, and inventory control
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
  • Assist in training and coaching sales team members to improve their performance
  • Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows as required
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations for management
